Photo ID and Credit Card information is required for record.
$75 refundable security deposit is required at the moment of booking.
50% deposit is due at the moment of booking.
Remaining balance is due 7 days before event. In order for equipment to be installed, booking needs to be paid in full.
Payment methods: Credit Cards, Cash, Cash App. 3.5% transaction fee applied to credit card payments.
Rental agreement and waiver are required to be signed at the moment of booking.
Time for setup is from 1:00 to 1:30 hours depending on setup. Time for pick up is from 1:00 to 1:30 hours depending on setup. This time is not accounted during the 4 hour rental period.
Delivery and installation of equipment is FREE within the area (15 miles or less). Longer distances require a delivery fee depending on the miles, distance time and location:
16-35 miles has a delivery fee of $45
36-50 miles has a delivery fee of $65
51-65 miles has a delivery fee of $75
66-85 miles has a delivery fee of $95
86+ miles has a delivery fee of $150 or more depending on miles
Playground setups have maximum capacities. Please check under each playground setup information. Any amount of kids over capacity requires a mandatory staff on site for an extra cost of $65.
Cancellation Policy:
If reservation is cancelled before scheduled date due to no reason, deposits paid won’t be refunded. If activity/ event is cancelled due to weather conditions and/ or unforeseeable events before playground installment, deposit won’t be refunded but activity/ event can be rescheduled. Reschedule date would need to be within a 4-month period. If weather related issue occurs during rental period once playground is installed, payment won’t be refunded, and rescheduling won’t be possible.
If event is outdoors and the day of the event rain or possibility of rain is shown on the forecast Little Nubbies won’t be able to set up outdoors unless an indoor option is provided. If no indoor option is available at the moment rescheduling option will be offered within a 4-month period. If no rescheduling is possible renter is able to cancel rental but with a $150 cancellation fee.
